*Requirements:*
1.Must have 3-5 years of working experience
2. be Proficient in  Autocad Adobe Photoshop and illustrator, Coreldraw and 3D software 
3.Able to read floorplan, drawings and extract BQ, do signage detailing, need to attend on site meeting with Clients and Contractors
4. Must be architecture or civil engineering background, must be hardworking diligent and obey employer instructions.
5 Must be good and able in communications with customers

with Singapore class 3 driving licence.. Must have diploma mechanical cert. 830-530pm ,
6 working days,
Monthly salary:$1500,
OT 30-40hr/month
