*Job Scope:*
• To perform all roles and responsibilities required of project manager under the Building Control Act.
• Supervise works and maintain quality control and ensure that work are carried out in accordance with the contract specifications.
• Supervise M&E installations and ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approved drawings and specifications
• Ensure adequate safety precautions are enforced on site.
• Submit daily reports on the quality of work and rectification progress. Maintain site records
• Conduct in progress inspections to ensure that work carried out complies with quality standards and requirements.
• Attend site meetings, site inspections, testing and commissioning.
• Compile Defect List with the contractors and ensure that the contractors carry out rectification work diligently to clear all defects
• Liaise with client to ensure security access to critical installation

· Dynamic team player with interpersonal expertise
· Articulate in communication (English) and with good writing expertise
· Candidates MUST be able to work independently
· Knowledge on Facility system(Chiller / Process Exhaust/ GHVAC)
